At Amahj Line, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a full refund:

• -Tiles must be unused, unopened, and in their original wrapped condition.
• -All original packaging, protective coverings, and accessories must be included.
• -Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

-We do not offer exchanges.

How to Start a Return

Returns are self-service through our online return portal — no need to email us or wait for a reply.

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal linked in your order confirmation email, or reach out to us at support@amahjline.com and submit:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for your return request
4. A clear photo of the tile set showing it still sealed/unopened in its original wrapping

If your return is approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions and the return address. Return shipping is at your own cost (see Return Shipping below). Your refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected to confirm it matches the photo.

If the tiles have been opened or show signs of use- your return will not be eligible for a refund.

If you'd still like the item shipped back to you, this can be arranged at your expense by contacting support@amahjline.com — otherwise no further action is needed.

Items sent to us without a prior approved return request through the portal will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend a trackable shipping service with insurance; Amahj Line is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amahjline.com with:

• -Your order number
• -A description of the issue
• -Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

-These are reviewed individually (not eligible for the self-service unopened-set process above) and we'll provide a replacement (if available) or refund at no additional cost once confirmed.

Fraud & Abuse

Amahj Line reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet the requirements above or that appear fraudulent or abusive.
