Amahj Line is redefining the way people learn and play American Mahjong. Founded by Megan Masters in 2024, Amahj was created with one simple mission: to make Mahjong easier to learn, more approachable, and more enjoyable for everyone.

After falling in love with the game, Megan quickly realized that learning American Mahjong could feel overwhelming. Tile sets were often expensive, inconsistent, and intimidating for new players, leaving beginners focused on deciphering tiles rather than enjoying the game itself. Determined to create a better experience, she designed the first and only fully labeled American Mahjong tile line (patent pending). By clearly labeling every tile, Amahj takes the guesswork out of learning and teaching, helping players build confidence from their very first game.

Today, Amahj is known for its thoughtfully designed tile sets, travel collections, and accessories that make Mahjong more accessible without sacrificing style. Whether you're learning for the first time, teaching friends and family, hosting weekly game nights, or expanding your collection, Amahj helps you spend less time decoding tiles and more time making memories around the table.

Return Policy

At Amahj Line, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a full refund:

-We do not offer exchanges.

How to Start a Return

Returns are self-service through our online return portal — no need to email us or wait for a reply.

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal linked in your order confirmation email, or reach out to us at support@amahjline.com and submit:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for your return request
  4. A clear photo of the tile set showing it still sealed/unopened in its original wrapping

If your return is approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions and the return address. Return shipping is at your own cost (see Return Shipping below). Your refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected to confirm it matches the photo.

If the tiles have been opened or show signs of use- your return will not be eligible for a refund.

If you'd still like the item shipped back to you, this can be arranged at your expense by contacting support@amahjline.com — otherwise no further action is needed.

Items sent to us without a prior approved return request through the portal will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amahjline.com with:

-These are reviewed individually (not eligible for the self-service unopened-set process above) and we'll provide a replacement (if available) or refund at no additional cost once confirmed.

Fraud & Abuse

Amahj Line reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet the requirements above or that appear fraudulent or abusive.
